Can you work entirely in English?
Yes. Contracts, calls and updates in English are our default for teams with foreign investors or remote hires; Croatian versions exist where the law requires them.
We have US counsel. Do we still need you?
Probably, and cheaply. Your Delaware lawyer will not file Croatian court registry changes, employment contracts or local tax-adjacent paperwork. We slot in next to them, not instead of them.
Do you take equity instead of fees?
No. Clean flat fees keep our advice unbiased, and your cap table clean. When budgets are tight we stage the work instead.
How fast is "fast"?
Replies within four working hours. NDAs same day, standard contracts in two to three days, term sheet reviews within 48 hours. Real deadlines beat our defaults.
