Fair questions
Will bleach wreck my hair?
Not on our watch. Bond builder goes into every lightener, we strand test first, and if your hair says no, we tell you no and plan a slower route.
How long will a vivid shade actually last?
Four to seven weeks loud, then a graceful fade. Cold washes, less heat and our gloss top-ups stretch it. We never promise forever, because that would be a lie.
Can you fix a box-dye disaster?
It's our favourite genre. Corrections usually take one or two sessions. Bring photos of what happened and what you want, we'll map the route honestly.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No deposit. Cancel or move your slot up to 24 hours ahead, free. Ghost us twice and we'll ask for a deposit next time, fair is fair.
