- Previous records. Vaccine history and any notes from a prior clinic.
- Current medications. Bring labels or photos of anything they take.
- A leash or carrier. Secure, comfortable transport keeps everyone safe.

Please arrive about 10 minutes early so we can complete a short intake form and let your pet settle in. You can also fill out new-patient paperwork ahead of time - we'll email it when you book.
We prioritize scheduled visits to keep wait times short, but we always triage urgent walk-ins during clinic hours. If it's after hours, call our 24/7 emergency line for guidance.
We accept all major cards, pet insurance reimbursement paperwork, and CareCredit. You'll always receive a written estimate before treatment, so there are no surprises.
Every team member is trained in Fear-Free, low-stress handling. We use calming pheromones, non-slip surfaces, treats, and unhurried exams - and we're happy to schedule quieter times for nervous pets.
