Yes - Cedarwood is currently welcoming new patients of all ages, including same-week availability for many appointment types. Submit the appointment request form below or call our front desk and we'll get you scheduled and walk you through new-patient paperwork.
We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and Medicare. We also offer transparent self-pay pricing. If you don't see your plan listed, please call us - coverage changes often and we're happy to verify your benefits.
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and dosages, and any relevant records from previous providers. Arriving 15 minutes early gives you time to complete intake forms - or finish them ahead of time through our secure online patient portal.
Yes. Secure video visits are available for follow-ups, minor illnesses and prescription refills. For urgent questions when we're closed, our after-hours nurse line at (555) 014-1999 connects you with a registered nurse. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.
The fastest way is through our secure patient portal, where you can request refills, view lab results and message your care team directly. You can also call the office during business hours. Most lab results from our on-site lab are available within one business day.
