Our beans

Small-batch roasted, the slow way.

We travel to source single-origin lots from growers we know by name, then roast them in 12-kilo batches every week. Nothing sits on the shelf - what you sip today was likely roasting this morning.

  • Single-origin, traceable

Direct-trade lots from Ethiopia, Colombia & Guatemala - fully traceable to the farm.

  • Roasted weekly

Twelve-kilo batches on our 1958 Probat, cupped daily for a sweet, balanced profile.

  • Brewed to order

Espresso, pour-over or batch brew - dialed in by baristas who actually taste it.

Kind words

Loved by the neighborhood.

  • “The flat white is the best in the city, full stop. I’ve made it my morning office before work - the staff know my order by name now.”
    Maya Renner Regular since 2019
  • “You can taste the difference when beans are roasted in-house. The Ethiopian pour-over was bright, floral and honestly unforgettable.”
    Daniel Okafor Home brewer
  • “Cozy, light and never pretentious. The almond croissant plus a cortado is my weekend ritual - and the plants everywhere make it feel like home.”
    Sofia Park Bridgeton local
